Our onboarding process will consists of step-by-step planning with Discovery & Intake, System Setup, Document Collection, Initial Review & Cleanup and then we wil begin on your Monthly Workflow. We believe in clear, proactive communication so that you can expect monthly financial reports, prompt responses within 1-2 business days, quarterly performance reviews (depending on package), and transparent updates on your bookkeeping status.

**Late document submission may delay reporting, however can be expidited for a one-time ADD-ON FEE.
