About Shipping

The proccess time of order is 1-3 days as usual, special orders will extend the shipping time appropriately.

If you have any requirements for the shipping time, please contact customer service.

Don’t worry about customs tariff, we have many oversea warehouse. Most products ship from local warehouse,

European countries will receive from European Union’s warehouse. Russian will ship from Moscow.

Most 3d printer parts will ship from On Package Slip, a few 3d printer parts will ship from oversea warehouse.

The normal delivery time is 7 days for products ship from oversea warehouse, Belarus need more days.

The normal delivery time is 15-35 days for products ship from On Package Slip. If you want a fast delivery, please contact

customer service.
