Duties:

Search for unsigned talent across social platforms and live events
Curate artist submissions for Stream Mint
Coordinate onboarding interviews and demo reviews
Inside Sales Professional
Role:
Drive platform subscriptions and VIP upgrades through direct outreach and funnel optimization.
Duties:
Track sales metrics and report weekly insights
Manage inbound leads and trial conversions
Host onboarding calls for new creators
Customize pitch decks for different frog tiers
Outside Sales Professional
Role:
Expand Stream Mint reach through partnerships, events, and field activations.
Duties:
Report on territory growth and activation success
Pitch Boom Frog to venues, collectives, and music schools
Represent the brand at festivals and trade shows
Build regional creator hubs and referral networks
Brand Ambassador
Role:
Be the face of Stream Mint—online and IRL. Spread the vibe, spark engagement, and rep the frog.
Duties:
Maintain a consistent presence across platforms
Create branded content and social challenges
Host live streams and community events
Distribute merch and promo codes
Boom Frog Associate
Role:
Support the day-to-day operations of Stream Mint with flexibility and creative input.
Duties:
Jump into special projects as needed
Assist with content uploads, metadata tagging, and scheduling
Help moderate forums and feedback channels
Contribute to frog lore, episode planning, and seasonal drops
