Third-party bodies such as Certified Humane\u00ae and Animal Welfare Approved oversee these certifications.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-product-heading\">Free-range eggs certifications<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The USDA regulates the term \u201cfree-range,\u201d so egg producers that sell free-range eggs must include a USDA seal on their packaging.<\/strong>\u00a0All free-range eggs are also, by default, cage-free eggs, and some may be pasture-raised and organic as well.
