For the past few weeks we’ve been quietly building out something new inside the JIKU ecosystem — a browser‑native 3D creation tool we’re calling JIKU Sandbox. The goal was simple: make it possible to build worlds instantly, without installs, without setup, and without touching code.
Today, the core is finally stable enough to open up for Pre‑Beta testing.
What’s Working Right Now
- Object spawning (cube, sphere, cone, platform)
- Move / Rotate / Scale gizmos
- Hierarchy + Inspector basics
- Real‑time FPS view
- Play Mode for quick testing
- Clean standalone page
It’s still early, but the foundation is solid.
What We’re Testing
This phase is all about stability and feel:
- Are the controls intuitive
- Does object manipulation feel smooth
- Any weird bugs in Play Mode
- Browser performance across devices
- UI clarity (what’s confusing, what’s missing)
If you break something, that’s a win. If something feels off, tell us. This is the stage where feedback actually shapes the engine.
Why We’re Opening Pre‑Beta
We want creators inside early — not after everything is polished.
The whole point of JIKU Sandbox is to build a tool with the community, not just drop a finished product out of nowhere. Early testers help us:
- refine the no‑code workflow
- tune the UI
- prioritize features
- catch edge‑case bugs
- shape the future publishing system
This is the fun part.
